About the Owner
Founder of Pear House Media and Kaila McKeogh Photo, Kaila brings a distinct advantage to real estate visual storytelling as both a licensed Realtor and media professional. Her work is grounded in an understanding of buyer psychology, market positioning, and how imagery influences perception and decision-making. With a background in Psychology and Art History from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, she approaches each project with a data-informed, intentional eye—creating visuals designed not just to look beautiful, but to help homes sell. A proud mother and longtime admirer of the Pacific Northwest, Kaila draws inspiration from the region she serves and the community she calls home.

As a licensed Realtor, Kaila recognized that traditional listings weren’t making the impact buyers respond to. She founded Pear House Media to bridge that gap—combining high-quality photography, floor plans, interactive 3D tours and a deep understanding of what motivates buyers. Her goal: create listings that don’t just show a home, but sell it.
After founding Kaila McKeogh Photo, Kaila immersed herself in the art of photography, honing techniques in sharp focus, composition, and lighting. She developed a practice centered around visual storytelling and connecting deeply with her subjects, capturing moments that feel authentic, emotional, and unforgettable. From individuals and families to the intimate, joyful chaos of weddings, her experience photographing life’s most meaningful moments honed her ability to craft images that resonate long after the day is over.

Before pursuing photography full-time, Kaila worked in corporate healthcare, where she gained extensive experience in analyzing complex data, managing projects, and solving problems with precision and efficiency. She developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments—ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task.
